RETURNS POLICY

 

Retail

•    All pieces are made to the highest standard and each one checked very carefully for imperfections before despatch.
•    Notification of damage in transit must be made within 24 hrs of receiving the consignment, upon which a credit note/refund/replacement will be issued, on your preference.
•    Please read the notes on raku, including care of raku information.  
•    If you are not happy with your purchase, I am happy to exchange or refund, less the costs of carriage.
•    If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please ring to discuss the problem, or send an email with photos. If the item is found to be faulty (not damaged) it will be refunded including any return postage.
•    Items purchased in the sale/seconds section of the site are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Galleries (Wholesale)

•    All pieces are made to the highest standard and checked very carefully for imperfections before despatch.

•    If imperfections are discovered at a later date, please ring to discuss the problem, or send an email with photos. If the item is found to be faulty (not damaged) it will be refunded including return postage.
